The RODE NTG3 supercardioid shotgun microphone has been designed for professional film, television and electronic reporting applications (ENG) where flawless audio quality is a must. As the flagship of RODE's shotgun series, the NTG3 offers superior audio quality with a warm and full sound. Thanks to a special technology, it is as good as immune to moisture and therefore often the first choice of locations where condensation can occur. The NTG3 is made of solid brass. In addition, it is surprisingly robust despite its low weight. Its focused yet flexible polar pattern guarantees clear tonal imaging, both when mounting the camera and when using a fishing rod. The NTG3 comes in a rugged aluminum cylinder that protects it from damage during transport. The cylinder is insulated at both ends and thus waterproof - this microphone can not harm anything or anyone.

 

RODE WS7 luxury windscreen

The RODE WS7 is a high quality windscreen for shotgun microphones. The WS7 consists of an open-cell foam structure with an acoustically neutral synthetic skin on the outside.
The foam layer prevents wind noise from entering the back of the microphone.
Suitable for the RØDE NTG3 and all shotgun microphones with a maximum length of 186.5mm and a diameter of 19 ~ 20mm.
