PANASONIC LUMIX TZ90

Panasonic LUMIX TZ90 offers a 30x zoom lens (24-720 mm equivalent) and 20-megapixel resolution in a compact and user friendly body, packed with smart features for both stills and video photography.

The 3-inch screen is touch sensitive, just like its predecessor the Lumix TZ80. But it can now also be folded upwards to facilitate shooting from low perspective. It can even be angled forward for a nice selfie! The TZ90 also has a number of new features just for self-portraits, including Panorama Selfie and Beauty Retouch.

The camera also has a high-resolution electronic viewfinder, useful for example in situations with strong sunlight or when you want to shoot with even more stability (by supporting the camera against your face). A sensor automatically activates the viewfinder when it approaches the eye.

Video in 4K and slow motion mode
Panasonic Lumix TZ90 is not just for stills but also a competent little video camera that can shoot both full-HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) and 4K (3840 x 2160 pixels, 30p / 25p). If you want to catch a movement in slow motion, you can record HD video (1280 x 720 pixels) at a 100 fps! Thanks to an advanced 5-axis image stabilization (Hybrid Optical Image Stabilizer Plus, O.I.S. +), the video recordings are sharp and steady even with the lens zoomed to its maximum.

NOTE: Hybrid OIS + does not work with 4K or slow motion video.

Keeps up with the motion
If you prefer to take photos rather than video, the Panasonic Lumix TZ90 can handle even demanding action. The autofocus has 49 focus points and a special feature, DFD (depth from defocus), that is unique to Panasonic. It provides very fast focusing and is also capable of tracking moving subjects. The continuous shooting mode can reach an amazing speed of 10 frames/s for stationary subjects or 5 frames/s with tracking focus. And in extreme situations, you can always use the 4K Photography mode, which takes 8-megapixel images at a rate of 30 frames/s! It can also be combined with a completely new feature, Focus Stacking, combining frames with different focus to create an image with extremely large depth of field.

Image quality for discerning photographers
Panasonic Lumix TZ90 has an updated image sensor with 20 megapixels, two megapixels more than its predecessor, the TZ80. Besides JPEG it can also save images in unprocessed RAW format, so that discerning photographers themselves can process the images to their preference.

Exposure modes that include both fully automatic and classical P / A / S / M modes fits beginners and experienced photographers alike. Add one of the camera's 22 filter effects, and then share your masterpieces with the help of the camera's built-in WiFi!
